What gets deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Wishlist and preferences
- Login access to Gozili
What we may retain
Order and payment records required for tax, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes may be kept for up to 7 years, anonymised where possible.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation at your registered email.
